The system comprises a protective casing; an interior of the protective casing is provided with a placing cavity; rear ends of an upper surface and a lower surface of the placing cavity are provided with sliding grooves; the surface at a front end of the placing cavity is provided with an adjustment threaded hole; an internal thread of the adjustment threaded hole is connected with an adjustment thread rod; a suspension loop is fixedly connected to the surface at the front end of the adjustment thread rod; a baffle plate is fixedly connected to the surface at the rear end of the adjustment thread rod; a data disk is slidably connected to the interior of the placing cavity; an upper surface and a lower surface of the data disk are provided with sliders; a tension spring is fixedly connected to the surface at the front end of the data disk; a plug is fixedly connected to the surface at the rear end of the data disk; and pressing plates are fixedly connected to rear ends of two lateral surfaces of the protective casing.
