Problems solved by technology

There are relatively few hybridization works related to triangular bream in the existing literature, including triangular bream (♀) × round head bream (♂) and its inverse cross, Changchun bream (♀) × triangular bream (♂), and about the present invention The hybrid bream construction method has not been reported yet

[0046] 1 Materials and methods

[0047] 1.1 Source of parents, artificial oxytocin, fertilization and hatching

[0048] In mid-May 2013, The hybridization experiments were carried out at the Qingpu Fish Breeding Experimental Station of Shanghai Ocean University. The female parent is Trigonopsis bream from Qiantang River and Guangdong Dongjiang River, and the male parent is Dianshan Lake bream from the Yangtze River system. Both parents are sexually mature and well-developed 3 + age fish. To induce labor, HCG and LHRH-A2 were mixed and injected at 4:00 p.m., and the injection dose for male fish was half that of female fish. After the injection of oxytocin drugs, the broodstock are temporarily reared in a circular spawning pond (about 2m in diameter) and stimulated by running water. The next morning, the broodstock is harvested and the eggs are artificially dry inseminated. The fertilized eggs were hatched and placed in a petri dish, and the water was changed every 4 hours ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a constructing method of hybridized megalobrama skolkovii culter with fast growth and few intermuscular bones. Distant hybridization is conducted between Qiantang River and Guangdong Dong River megalobrama terminalis as a female parent, and a novel and good combination of Changjiang River system culter alburnus being a male parent, distant hybridization is conducted, novel megalobrama skolkovii culter hybridization of the superior combination of Dong River megalobrama terminalis (female)*culter alburnus (male) F1 is screened out. With the four groups of self-bred progenies of megalobrama amblycephala (female)*culter alburnus (male) F1 hybrid offspring, megalobrama terminalis, culter alburnus and megalobrama amblycephala being a contrast group, differences like growth performance, shapes and intermuscular bone traits of MT (female)*CA (male) F1 hybrid offspring are compared and analyzed. Results show that 1, MT (female)*CA (male) represents remarkable hyper-parent growth advantages (P<0.05), and the total weight is also remarkably higher than MA (female)*CA (male); 2, Dong River megalobrama terminalis (female)* culter alburnus (male) F1 is the novel hybridized megalobrama skolkovii culter having the advantages that the intermuscular bones are reduced, deep processing of fish is promoted and the eating quality is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a method for constructing hybrid bream with fast growth and few intermuscular spines. Background technique [0002] Distant hybridization is an important means of fish breeding. The use of hybridization can effectively transfer the excellent traits of the parents and increase the genetic variation of the offspring, so as to obtain new excellent hybrid varieties, which is of great significance for the aquaculture industry to cultivate varieties with better breeding performance. At present, a large number of fish hybrid breeding studies have been carried out at home and abroad. The results show that the growth rate, disease resistance, and stress resistance of offspring can be effectively improved through hybridization, which has a positive effect on the cultivation of new excellent strains. It is difficult to obtain offspring by distant hybridization of fish, and there are few...
