The non-flammable mixed refrigerant comprises at least one selected from a group consisting of cis-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluorobutene, trans-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluorobutene, 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, cis-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-decafluoropentane, perfluorobutane and perfluoropentane, at least one selected from a group consisting of perfluoropropane, pentafluoroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, difluoromethane, 1,1,1-trifluoroethane, trifluoroiodomethane, 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane, 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane and 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane, at least one selected from a group consisting of trifluoromethane and perfluoroethane, and perfluoromethane. The non-flammable mixed refrigerant provided by the invention can safely and efficiently realize cooling in a temperature range of -60 to -100 DEG C, does not have flammability at all, and is low in overall greenhouse effect and free of ozone depletion effect.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerants, and in particular relates to a nonflammable mixed refrigerant suitable for a temperature range of -60 to -100 DEG C. Background technique [0002] At present, multivariate mixed working fluid throttling refrigerators using heat recovery measures have been widely used in the fields of energy, chemical industry, and low-temperature engineering to realize deep cooling of devices and liquefaction of industrial gases, such as low-temperature refrigerators and natural gas liquefaction. In addition to the refrigeration system process and hardware facilities such as compressors and heat exchangers, the most critical part of this refrigeration technology is the multi-component mixed refrigerant. [0003] Due to the limitations of the basic physical parameters such as the boiling point and freezing point temperature of the components, and other physical and chemical properties such as the flammability...
