Abstract

The invention discloses a hybrid noise filtering method for removing Gaussian noises and impulsive noises. The method comprises: for hybrid noises of Gaussian noise and impulsive noises in a pantograph image, the impulsive noises are suppressed by an advanced boundary discriminative noise detection (ABDND) algorithm including noise pixel detection, noise pixel verification and noise pixel filtering; for the image after suppression on the impulsive noises, pixel points are processed by using a sliding window, all points in the window are ranked based on gray values, maximum-value and minimum-value points are removed, weight distribution is carried out on the rest pixel points and weighted calculation is carried out, wherein a calculation result is used as an output gray value of the central point of the filtered window to replace the original gray value of the point; and the two kinds of algorithms are repeated to carry out progressive filtering, thereby filtering the hybrid noises in the pantograph image.
