The special hoop bending machine comprises a rack, a workbench, a straight section mould, an arc-shaped mould, a vertical shaft, a rotary arm, a pressure roller mechanism and a power system, wherein the straight section mould and the arc-shaped mould define a reinforcing steel bar hoop inside profiling mould on the workbench; the vertical shaft is perpendicularly supported in the rack; one end of the rotary arm is fixed with the vertical shaft and is transversely arranged between the workbench and the rack; the other end of the rotary arm extends out of the workbench; the upper part of a roller shaft is movably connected with the rotary arm which extends out of the workbench; the lower part of the roller shaft is connected with a roller through a bearing; and the outer cylindrical surface of the roller is opposite to an arc-shaped mould surface, and defines a three-sided mould cavity of the threaded steel in the axial section of the vertical shaft along with a working table board.
