The device comprises a data collection and receiving module, a switching-value receiving module, a storage module, a main control module, an ethernet communication module and a power supply module. The device can simultaneously record 3-way LVDS images, a system selects and uses six flash chips, storage capacity of each flash chip is 4GB, and thus total storage capacity of the system is 24GB. The device has a two-way independence storage function, and can erase or extract data according to an external instruction. Dual-plane two-stage flow-line programming thinking is adopted, FIFO ping-pong operation is utilized, and image source data with a maximum transmission speed of 35.6MB / s can be recorded.
