Abstract

The invention discloses a monthly maintenance plan optimization method of a generating unit based on two layers of plans. The method comprises following steps of (1) counting basic data; (2) carrying out the plan of the first layer: unit maintenance optimization considering balance of the electric power and electric quantity; (3) carrying out the play of the second layer: safety checking considering maintenance requirements of a power transmission and transformation device; (4) judging passing conditions of the safety checking; and (5) adding generating unit maintenance constraint. According to the invention, the calculation processes are simple; the calculated amount is small; the development difficulty is small; the calculation method is highly practical; and the calculation results are precise. Compared with other methods, the provided method is remarkably advantageous in that (1) the maintenance plan requirements of the power transmission and transformation device and the balance requirements of the electric power and the electric quantity are comprehensively considered, and actual operation requirements are met; and (2) based on a two-layer model, the original problem is decoupled into two sub-problems, so the model solving difficulty level is reduced and the solvability of the model is ensured.
