The expert system comprises an integrated database, an inference machine, a knowledge base, a performance optimization module, a man-machine interface and other modules; sample sets for training and testing the neural network are stored in a database of the expert system; knowledge rules of components, processes and properties obtained in a process of training the neural network are stored in the knowledge base in a form of matrix to provide knowledge reserve for inference of the system; the performance optimization module automatically judges performance prediction results and returns to the integrated database of the system; each module of the expert system has a friendly man-machine interface.
