Abstract

The concrete block comprises a substrate and a light guide medium, wherein the substrate is arranged around the light guide medium; the light guide medium is fixedly connected with the substrate; the substrate is made of composite materials, wherein the composite materials comprise cement concreteand a filler and the density of the filler is lower than that of the cement concrete. The light guide medium is added into the block, so that the light guiding performance of the block is enhanced; meanwhile, the filler with lower density is added in the composite materials, so that the average thermal conductivity of the block is reduced, the thermal insulation property of the block is improvedand further the mass of the block is reduced. The invention also provides two manufacturing methods of the concrete block with lightweight, thermal insulation and light transmission; in addition, themanufacturing methods are simple and convenient to operate and are suitable for popularization and application.
