The probe housing is provided with a closed head for intervening the monitored part, the middle of the closed head is provided with a blind hole for assembling the temperature sensing element, the side face of the closed head is provided with a detecting window for assembling the oxygen partial pressure sensing element, the temperature sensing element is assembled in the blind hole, and the oxygen partial pressure sensing element is assembled in the detecting window. The temperature compensation device is connected with the temperature sensing element andthe oxygen partial pressure sensing element and is used for receiving real-time temperature determined by the temperature sensing element and compensating a measurement value of the oxygen partial pressure sensing element according to the real-time temperature. Real-time and continuous monitoring of two physical signs partial pressure and temperature of the human body is achieved simultaneously by using one miniature probe, and meanwhile real-time temperature compensation of oxygen partial pressure parameters is achieved.
