The bactericidal composition is prepared by taking the bacillus amyloliquefaciens and the difenoconazole as active components, wherein the mass ratio of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens to the difenoconazole is equal to (5 to1)-(1 to 5). The invention also discloses preparation methods of agricultural preparation forms, i.e., wettable powder and a suspending agent, of the bactericidal composition, and application of the agricultural preparation forms in control of strawberry anthracnose, powdery mildew and gray mold. Compared with a single agent, the bactericidal composition provided by the invention has an obvious synergistic effect for the strawberry anthracnose, the powdery mildew and the gray mold, and can remarkably improve prevention and control effects; the potential drug resistance risk of the strawberry anthracnose, the powdery mildew and the gray mold for the difenoconazole and the bacillus is reduced; after the bactericidal composition is used, the consumption of chemical pesticide is reduced, the pesticide cost is lowered, and the problems of environmental pollution and residue of agricultural products are effectively solved; the bactericidal composition is safe to humans and animals, good for organisms and environmentally safe, thus being widely applied to the control of the strawberry anthracnose, the powdery mildew and the gray mold.
