The central control module comprises an upper / lowerpower sequence control module, wherein the upper / lowerpower sequence control module is used for settingthe upper / lowerpower sequenceof the direct current output voltage of the first power conversion module and the second power conversion module. The programmable power conversion chip can carry out aprogrammable control on the upper / lowerpower sequence of multiple direct current output voltages.
