Abstract

A dust-proof solid waste crushing device is disclosed. The device includes a pedestal, sprayers and knife rollers. Slide rails are fixed to the inside center of the pedestal. A storage box is disposedat upper ends of idler wheels. The inner two sides of the storage box are fixed to limiting blocks. A draining screen is mounted in the limiting blocks. One side surface of the storage box is provided with a hole plug. The upper ends of electric telescopic bars are provided with fixed bases. The inner bottom of a tank body is provided with a waste outlet. The sprayers are disposed on left and right side surfaces of the tank body. Mist spraying heads are fixed to inner wall surfaces of the tank body. The external surfaces of water storage tanks are fixed to fixing racks. According to the device, water is conveyed to the mist spraying heads through water suction pumps and water conveying hoses to perform water spraying to achieve dust fall, thus effectively reducing the concentrations of dust in air and in the tank body.
