Abstract

The invention discloses an entrained air concentration measuring device and method. The measuring device comprises a peristaltic pump, wherein a hose equipped on the peristaltic pump is connected witha clamping rod at one end of an inlet; a water collection bottle is arranged below one end of an outlet of the hose; the water collection bottle is arranged on an electronic scale; a second chronograph is arranged beside the electronic scale; and a camera is arranged in front of the electronic scale. The measuring method utilizing the measuring device comprises the following steps: continuously extracting entrained air water flow on a measuring point at a certain rotation speed by using the peristaltic pump, and calculating a mass flow rate Q1 of the entrained air water flow by utilizing readings of the electronic scale and the second chronograph; continuously extracting non-entrained air water flow at the same rotation speed by using the same peristaltic pump, and calculating a mass flowrate Q2 of the non-entrained air water flow; and finally, calculating an entrained air concentration C at the measuring point by utilizing the mass flow rates Q1 and Q2, wherein the calculation formula is C=1-Q1/Q2.
