According to the method, the geographical location information and the date information ofthe mobile terminal are considered and the working parameter control strategy transmitted to the mobile terminal is enabled to further meet the use environment of the mobile terminal, and the workingfrequency of the mobile terminal can be adjusted by operating the working parameter control strategy so that the mobile terminal is enabled to be maintained at the reasonable working frequency and the heat radiation and the power consumption are ensured to be unified with the use environment.
