The invention discloses a three-phase low-voltage line voltage-regulating system. The system comprises a three-phase low-voltage line voltage-regulator. The system is characterized in that the three-phase low-voltage line voltage-regulator comprises a molded case circuit breaker, a three-phase voltage-regulating controller, current transformers, AC contactors, a three-phase isolation transformer, AC voltage stabilization modules, a combination switch and a self-healing electric capacitor, wherein the molded case circuit breaker is connected to the current transformers, the current transformers are connected to the three-phase voltage-regulating controller, the AC contactors are connected to the three-phase voltage-regulating controller, the three-phase isolation transformer is connected to the AC contactors, the AC voltage stabilization modules are connected to the three-phase isolation transformer and obtain voltages from the three-phase isolation transformer, the AC contactors are connected to the AC voltage stabilization modules and the AC voltage stabilization modules provide working voltages, the self-healing electric capacitor is connected to the combination switch, and the three-phase voltage-regulating controller will emit instructions to automatically regulate opening and closing of the AC contactors to change the access mode of a three-phase isolation transformer winding so that a secondary side of the three-phase isolation transformer outputs qualified voltages.
