chip integrated electronic balance
duplexer, so that the
duplexer can simultaneously transmit and receive at the same frequency, and the limitation that a traditional
duplexer needs to work at different frequency bands is eliminated. The electronic balance duplexer is composed of switches SW1-SW4, a
transformer and an RC impedance tuning module. A primary coil of the
transformer is connected with a differential
signal output by the TX circuit, one end of a secondary coil of the
transformer is connected with an antenna through a switch SW1, the other end of the secondary coil of the transformer is grounded through a switch SW4, and meanwhile, the grounding end of the secondary coil of the transformer is connected with an RC impedance tuning module; the
center tap of the secondary coil of the transformer is connected with the input end of the RX circuit through the switch SW3, and meanwhile the input end of the RX circuit is connected with the antenna through the switch SW2. In conclusion, through impedance balance of the RC impedance tuning module and the antenna, the principle of TX
signal cancellation is realized, so that TRX signals work at the same time and at the same frequency, the applicability is wide, and on-
chip integration is easy to realize.
