The device and the method which are provided by the invention can evaluate the insulation state of the transformer and predict the residual operation life of the power transformer. Therefore, the examination and repair can be reasonably arranged according to the equipment aging condition, the optimization of equipment use ratio is facilitated; and the management level of power enterprises is improved.
