The invention provides a method for preparing nano porous materials with a large specific surface area by a vacuum freeze drying method with short period, simple process and non environmental pollution, which comprises the following steps: (1) taking an organosilane presursor or metal alkoxide as a raw material to synthesize wet gel; (2) allowing the wet gel to stand for 1 to 7 days, and performing aging on the wet gel; (3) using ethanol to clean the wet gel for 1 to 2 days; (4) adding a modifier into the wet gel for soakage for 1 to 2 days, performing solvent displacement, and modifying a three-dimensional network structure of the wet gel; and (5) placing the obtained product into a freeze drying box for prefreezing and vacuum drying. The method is to adopt a novel drying method, namely the vacuum freeze drying method, to dry the wet gel on the premise of maintaining the structure of the wet gel. The drying method has short period and simple process, avoids environmental pollution, cannot damage the network structure of the gel, reduces the production cost, and accelerates the large-scale commercialized application process of nano porous super heat-insulating materials, catalysts and catalyst carrier materials.

The invention provides a method for preparing nano-porous materials with high mechanical property by organic modification, comprising steps as follows: (1) taking alkyl-containing organosilane as a precursor and adding organic high polymer materials into silicon dioxide sol for compounding; (2) carrying out standing and aging on wet gel for 1-7 days, with aging temperature of 25-65 DEG C; (3) cleaning the wet gel structure with solvent and soaking and modifying the wet gel structure with surface modifiers, and then drying the wet gel structure; (4) carrying out heat treatment on the dried nano-porous materials under the temperature of 200-500 DEG C. By the method, the alkyl is successfully linked on a main chain of the silicon dioxide under the condition of hydrolysis and the final xerogel products are ensured to have better mechanical property and hydrophobicity through mutual repulsion effect among alkyl; meanwhile, the organic high polymer materials are added in the process of hydrolysis for compounding to form a high interpenetrating cross-linked network, thus not only improving the flexibility and mechanical strength of the main chain of the silicon dioxide, but also adjusting aperture distribution and finally preparing the light nano-porous materials with large specific surface.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) drying sludge in a solar greenhouse; (2) sending the sludge processed in the step (1) into a drying chamber, drying the sludge by virtue of any heat source (preferable flue gas of a system), sending the sludge into a pyrolyzation chamber, pyrolyzing the sludge so as to produce combustible gas and sludge carbon, introducing combustible gas into a combustion chamber for combustion, introducing high temperature flue gas produced during the combustion into the drying chamber to preheat and dry the sludge, introducing exhaust gas produced during drying and cooled flue gas into gas purifying equipment, and discharging exhaust gas and flue gas into a chimney after purification; (3) sending high temperature sludge carbon prepared in the step (2) into a cooling chamber, cooling, and breaking cooled sludge carbon into particles with the particle sizes less than 20mm in a breaking machine; and (4) stirring the following mixed materials in parts by weight, molding by casting in a mold, carrying out natural drying and maintenance in the mold, removing the mold, and drying. By preparing the building materials from the sludge, the cost is lowered, the land source is saved, and the pollution problem caused by the sludge to surrounding environments is solved.
