Aiming at actual air-conditioner requirements and economy bearing capabilities of new rural construction users and increasing national macro energy tension, air-conditioner design target parameters are radically adjusted, and thermal performance design of buildings are improved; the system is designed according to the basic design principles of greatly reducing load demand and furthest utilizing natural energy sources such as solar energy, geothermal energy, air energy and the like; thermal air-condition independent humidification, low temperature radiation and water loop heat pump technology are comprehensively adopted; when cold is supplied in summer, ground source water flows through a water loop heat pump evaporator, an indoor radiation tail end, a fresh air unit surface cooler and a ground source heat pump condenser; the solar energy and the water loop heat pump condenser work together for regeneration of independent humidification components; and when heat is supplied in winter, the ultralow temperature solar energy and the ground source heat pump are combined to provide heated water of 15 to 25 DEG C. Compared with the traditional urban air-conditioning system, the power consumption of the system is only about 10 to 25 percent; and indoor comfortableness is effectively promoted, and initial investment is greatly reduced.
