The invention discloses an optical fiber distribution box which comprises a case body, wherein a wire inlet management chamber, a wire outlet management chamber, a mold box containing chamber and a wiring chamber are formed in the case body; the mold box containing chamber is used for containing at least one distribution mold box, and the distribution mold box is wired by the wiring chamber; the optical fiber distribution box further comprises wire arrangement trough plates; a plurality of wire arrangement straight slots are formed in the wire arrangement trough plates; the wire inlet management chamber and the wiring chamber are partitioned by a wire arrangement trough plate, and the wire outlet management chamber and the wiring chamber are partitioned by the other wire arrangement troughplate. Therefore, led-in and led-out cables are orderly arranged in the wire arrangement straight slots on the wire arrangement trough plates, and the cables in the wiring chamber are neatly distributed. Meanwhile, since the distribution mold box is a distributing box, multiple distribution mold boxes are arranged in the mold box containing chamber, and the optical fiber distribution box has higher distribution capacity.
