The system is characterized in that when all devices are in automatic states and a one-key starting command is received, a primary side chilled water pump is started and thus a chilled water flow of a lithium bromide refrigerator reaches a preset value; after first time, a secondary chilled water pump is started, so that a secondary side supply-return water pressure difference is kept to be the preset value; a chilled water pump is started after second time and thus the cooling water flow of the lithium bromiderefrigerator is kept to be at the preset value; the lithium bromide refrigerator, smoke three-way valves, and jacket water three-way valves are started synchronously and a generator starts pre-lubrication synchronously; the generator is started to provide power after third time; the jacket water three-way valves are started after fourth time; the smoke three-way valves are started after fifth time; and a high-frequency temperature of the lithium bromide refrigerator reaches a preset value after sixth time and the system has a cooling capacity. Therefore, the reliability and efficiency of energy supply control of the data center are improved, so that the energy utilization rate is increased and the cost is lowered.
