Problems solved by technology

[0005] At present, nematode capsules need to use relevant solvents to dissolve the capsules in practical application, and the method is cumbersome
Moreover, the nematode capsules often cannot be completely dissolved, which leads to easy blockage of the spraying equipment during the spraying process, and the use effect is not good.

Embodiment 1

[0038] Capsule wall preparation method: preparation of colloidal nematode aqueous suspension I: 1wt% sodium alginate, 3wt% glucose, 2wt% fructose, 2wt% sucrose, 0.5wt% potassium sorbate, 18v% glycerol, 0.075v% formaldehyde, The remaining amount is sterilized distilled water, which contains a concentration of 2 × 10 4IJs / mL nematode; preparation of solution II: 18v% glycerol solution, 0.075v% formaldehyde, 0.5wt% CaCl 2 , 0.5wt% potassium sorbate, the remainder being distilled water;

[0039] The colloidal nematode aqueous suspension I was suspended 10 cm above the solution II through a syringe device and automatically dripped into the solution II at a constant speed of 20 drops / min. Stir rapidly with a glass rod and let it stand for 20 minutes. Filter the formed capsules from solution II with a sieve and place them in a 9cm petri dish. The capsule is in the form of a transparent spherical granule, and the diameter of the capsule and the feeding effect of the host insect are ...

Embodiment 2

[0045] The glucose content in the colloidal nematode aqueous suspension I is 6wt%, and the others are the same as in Example 1.

[0046] See Table 1 for the capsule diameter, capsule mass, number of nematodes in the capsule, and nematode survival rate.

Embodiment 3

[0048] The glucose content in the colloidal nematode aqueous suspension I is 9wt%, and the others are the same as in Example 1.

[0049] See Table 1 for the capsule diameter, capsule mass, number of nematodes in the capsule, and nematode survival rate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an entomopathogenic nematodes capsule. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a colloidal nematodes aqueous suspension I; (2) preparinga solution II: the solution II is prepared from the following components according to the total volume of 100 percent: 18 percent to 24 percent of glycerinum solution, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of formaldehyde, 0.3 to 0.7 percent of CaCl2, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of potassium sorbate and the balance of water; and (3) dropwise adding the colloidal nematodes aqueous suspension I into the solution II, stirring, wherein the formed spherical particles are the entomopathogenic nematodes capsules.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to a method for preparing entomopathogenic nematode capsules. Background technique [0002] Entomopathogenic nematodes are a potential biological control agent developed in the early 20th century. In the natural state, nematodes can actively look for hosts. During the infection period, nematodes enter the insects through natural orifices such as the host’s mouthparts, anus, stigma, and intersegmental membranes, releasing the symbiotic bacteria they carry, and the symbiotic bacteria reproduce in large numbers in the insects. And produce toxins and inhibitory substances, causing the insects to suffer from sepsis and die within 24-48 hours; insect tissues provide nutrients for the growth and development of nematodes, and nematodes after several generations of reproduction exhaust the nutrients in the insect host body. The nematode will carry the symbiotic bacteria out of the host and start looking for a new host. Accordin...
