The method comprises the following steps: setting vegetable field soil phosphorus supply level I, and correspondingly setting the total phosphorus recommendation quantity of an applied phosphorus fertilizer in a planting season according to thevegetable field soil phosphorus supply level I and vegetable variety; detecting the phosphorus supply value of current vegetable field soil and comparing with the vegetable field soil phosphorus supply level I to obtain a vegetable field soil phosphorus supply level II, and then obtaining the total phosphorus recommendation quantity of the applied phosphorus fertilizer corresponding to the current vegetable field soil phosphorus supply level II; calculating the applied amount of the phosphorus fertilizer with different phosphorus sources according to the obtained total phosphorus recommendation quantity of the applied phosphorus fertilizer; and applying the phosphorus fertilizer for current vegetable according to the applied amount of the phosphorus fertilizer and vegetable variety. According to the method, the content of labile phosphorus base composition is effectively increased while the medium and higher yield level in vegetable is guaranteed, the soil phosphorus supply force of vegetable fields is improved, the soil environment is improved, and sustainable utilization of phosphate rock resources is maintained.
