The improved hematoxylin staining solution provided by the invention can be used as the nucleus staining solution of the Papanicolaou staining solution for observing and judging pathological sections in clinic; the cell nucleuses of cells to be detected are dark blue or dark purple; the nucleus cores are red; the staining results can be observed in multiple directions in clinic; the pathologic conditions of the sections can be judged, so that the judgment results are more accurate.
