Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: the spartina alterniflora is collected in in-situ soil, and the phragmites australis is collected at the airport and transplanted to a laboratory; a pot experiment is adopted, a PVC material flowerpot with a diameter of 20 cm, a height of 30 cm and a sealed bottom is selected as an experimental vessel, soil used in the experiment is original soil of Tianjin airport, two plants are transplanted in each flowerpot, and eachspot contains a spartina alterniflora single species, a phragmites australis single species, or mixed species of spartina alterniflora and phragmites australis, wherein a mixing weight ratio of the spartina alterniflora to the phragmites australis is 1:1; and in October, plant heights, basic diameters and node numbers of the spartina alterniflora and the phragmites australis are measured, all aboveground parts are harvested and brought back to the laboratory for weighing, and drying is performed at temperature of 80 DEG C to a constant weight. The method disclosed by the invention shows thatthe spartina alterniflora has a significant inhibitory effect on the phragmites australis.
