Abstract

The cosmetic composition contains the following components in percentageby weight: 1%-3% of nicotinamide, 1%-4% of the whitening compound, 0.5%-1.5% of a citrus peel extract, 0.1%-0.5% of arbutin, 0.1%-5% of an artemisia umbelliformis extract and the like, wherein the whitening compound contains water, butanediol, arbutin, citric acid, sodium sulfite, acetyl tyrosine, a saxifraga sarmentosa extract, a peony root extract, aminopropanol ascorbyl phosphate, a scutellaria root extract, glutathione and hydrolyzed mirabalan.
