The energy storage warehouse comprises a storage warehouse bottom member, a reinforced top plate, and one layer of storage warehouse middle member or multiple layers of storage warehouse middle members. The bottom of the storage warehouse middle member at the lowest layer is fixedly connected with the top of the storage warehouse bottom member. The reinforced top plate is fixedly connected to the top of the storage warehouse middle member at the topmost layer. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, the energy storage warehouse in the deep well is constructed; and 2, the energy storage warehouse, the energy transport system, a pressure stabilizing system and a controller are connected. According to the energy storage warehouse system for the deep well and the construction method thereof, the energy storage warehouse has stable structure, high strength, good sealing performance, good impermeability and high security, rational utilization of mine goaf is realized, and a new idea is provided for theexploration of the energy storage warehouse.
