Abstract

The invention discloses an application of SNRPB as a biomarker in prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma and a kit containing the biomarker, and belongs to the technical field of molecular markers of hepatocellular carcinoma. Provided is the biomarker for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma, wherein the biomarker is SNRPB. The invention also discloses the application of theSNRPB as the biomarker in prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma, the kit for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma and a method for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma with the kit. Through analysis of TCGA data and experimental verification of clinical samples, high expression of the SNRPB is found out to be remarkably negatively correlated with the total survival rate of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, the high expression of the SNRPB clearly indicates poor survival prognosis, and the SNRPB is indicated to be used as the biomarker for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
