AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology uses two different types of bacterium called anoxyredases (or enzymes) together with other substances like yeast or molded sugar to improve degrading pesticidal compounds such as tetrapyrrole carboxamine salt used on crops during growing conditions at temperatures below freezing. By combining these components into one biomass, this new composition becomes more effective when it comes across difficult environments where traditional methods are less efficient. It provides technical advantages over existing technologies due to its ability to efficiently remove both chemicals from contaminated sites while minimizing damage caused by high temperature environment.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discuss various methods used to reduce environmental contamination caused by harmful compounds found naturally occurring at lower temperatures (below 0°C). These techniques include physical removal, bioremediation, and bioaugmentative processes like ferrocene production. Chemotherapy with herbal medicine remains effective against some types of cancer due to its ability to target specific parts of cells involved during metabolism. Microbial agents offer potential solutions towards these issues.

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial preparation for low-temperature soil repair. The compound microbial preparation comprises a cold-resistant pseudogymnoascus roseus HD1031 bactericide, an aerobic denitrifying cold-resistant acinetobacter johnsonii DBP-3 bactericide and immobilized oxidordeuctase, wherein the immobilized oxidordeuctase consists of immobilized horseradish peroxidase and immobilized soil polyphenol oxidase. The invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the microbial preparation. The microbial preparation for low-temperature soil repair has a removal rate of 86% or more of a pentazolol pesticide and an organophosphorus pesticide and a removal rate of 85% or more of ammonia nitrogen, which are much higher than removal rates in the prior art and a comparison example of the present invention. Thus, the microbial preparation for low-temperature soil repair can effectively repair polluted soil. The preparation method is simple and is suitable for large-scale production. Benefits are brought for remote low-temperature regions. The problem of environmental pollution that urgently needs to be solved is solved.
