Abstract

The invention discloses a colorectal cancer tumor marker and a detection method and device thereof. The device is a system for detecting whether a subject is a colorectal cancer patient and comprisesa reagent, a device A and a device B. The reagent can detect target nucleic acid in fecal DNA. The device A can utilize the reagent to detect the content of the target nucleic acid in the fecal DNA ofthe subject. The device B is provided with a functional module. The functional module can determine whether a subject is a colorectal cancer patient according to the detection result of the target nucleic acid content of fecal DNA of the subject. The method has high accuracy and has the advantages of no wound, low cost, simple operation, high sensitivity and fast detection period. The method anddevice provide fast and simple early screening and diagnosis of colon cancer for a large number of people and provide the basis for early warning, diagnosis and intervention of colorectal cancer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a colorectal cancer tumor marker and a detection method and device thereof. Background technique [0002] According to statistics, colorectal cancer (CRC) ranks third in incidence and fourth in mortality among various cancers, and nearly 55% of the cases occur in developed countries. The incidence rate is low in people younger than 40 years old, but the incidence rate gradually increases with age. It is generally believed that Westernization of dietary habits will increase the incidence of CRC, but the incidence in the United States and other high-income countries has remained stable or even decreased, which is speculated to be related to the increase in sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopic polypectomy. Colorectal cancer is also one of the most preventable tumors at present. The medical profession believes that if detected early, bowel cancer is the most curable cancer. The traditional s...
