Problems solved by technology

However, hormone injections are likely to cause side effects, because the pituitary gland and hypothalamus of sows in the breeding period will produce hormones that promote follicle development, and hormone levels in sows will be easily disturbed after hormone injection
Moreover, the abuse of hormones can also lead to abnormal estrus and ovulation: (1) sows may not be in estrus; (2) sows are in estrus, but do not ovulate or the number of ovulations is small, so that the number of litters after pregnancy is small; (3) sows Dependence on hormones, and its own hormone secretion system is disrupted

Embodiment 1

[0025] A breeding method for improving the farrowing rate of Tibetan pigs, comprising the following measures:

[0026] (1) Site construction: choose a grazing grassland with good lighting and ventilation conditions, located in the downwind direction of the residential area and far away from the chemical industry area, and set up a half-shed feeding pen. Anti-moisture boards and thermal moisture-absorbing layer, the thermal moisture-absorbing layer is dry straw;

[0027] (2) Breeding in the growth period: in the first 170 days of the growth and development of sows, grazing is the main method, and the grazing time is 8 hours, and supplementary feeding is performed once after grazing;

[0028] (3) Add ovulation regulator: start on the 171d, feed once before grazing and after grazing respectively, the time of grazing is 2h, add 3g ovulation regulator in every kg of feed, continue breeding after 7d, ovulation regulator consists of the following parts by weight Composition of raw m...

Embodiment 3

[0037] A breeding method for improving the farrowing rate of Tibetan pigs, comprising the following measures:

[0038] (1) Site construction: choose a grazing grassland with good lighting and ventilation conditions, located in the downwind direction of the residential area and far away from the chemical industry area, and set up a half-shed feeding pen. Anti-moisture boards and thermal moisture-absorbing layer, the thermal moisture-absorbing layer is a mixture of dry straw and raw wood chips;

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of Tibetan pig breeding and particularly relates to a breeding method for increasing farrowing rate of Tibetan pigs. The method comprises the following measures: site construction, growing period breeding, ovulation regulator adding and embryonic development accelerant adding, wherein an ovulation regulator is prepared from Chinese chive seeds, herba epimedii, semen cuscutae and N-carbamylglutamic acid, and an embryonic development accelerant is prepared from radix codonopsis pilosulae, atractylodes macrocephala, radix paeoniae alba, radix scutellariae, VE and melatonin. According to the method, through adding the plant accelerant at two vital links, i.e., estrus ovulation and pregnant farrowing of the Tibetan pigs, the reproductivity of sows isimproved, the litter size is stable, piglets easily survive, the estrus rate of Tibetan sows of an experimental group is increased by 20% to 24% compared with that of a control group, the average litter size of the experimental group is increased by 1.6 to 1.9 compared with that of the control group, and the economic benefit is remarkable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of Tibetan pig breeding, in particular to a breeding method for increasing the farrowing rate of Tibetan pigs. Background technique [0002] Giving full play to and utilizing the reproductive performance of sows is an important means to improve pig production and economic benefits. Litter size is particularly important in reproductive traits, and to increase litter size, first of all, increase the ovulation number of sows, and secondly, prevent the death of early embryos and late abortion. [0003] Ovulation number is the first determinant of litter size, and selection of ovulation number in breeding practice can improve the fecundity of sows. The litter size of Chinese pig breeds is significantly higher than that of foreign breeds. For example, the average litter size of pig litters in Taihu Lake in my country exceeds 14, and individual high-yielding sows have more than 22 litters in one litter, with a rec...
