Through the optimal model, the chronological order and the spatial relation in the medical trunk line network can be analyzed more effectively to optimize departure shifts. A constraint condition of an objective function guarantees that each OD must select one exact spatial-temporal path from optional spatial-temporal paths; a departure arc in each section of the spatial-temporal network has sufficient capacity to bear a corresponding express quantity; and the departure shifts are balanced in counter-departure between two arbitrary cities. Through the optimal model, overall planning can be performed from a global perspective, low-cost and high-timeliness delivery demands are entirely met, and good balance can be reached in terms of overall effect.
