Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of selecting the rice kind with high first-season biomass, high regeneration capability and relatively high protein content, and performing planting; cutting in a full heading period or in 10-25 days after the full heading period, wherein the height of the stubble after cutting is 10-30cm, and performing forge processing on the straw obtained through cutting; in two days after cutting, applying 5-15kg of urea and 5-10kg of potassium chloride in each mu; and when the grain yellow rate of the ratooning rice exceeds 95%, performing harvesting. According to the method of the invention, through first-season whole-stem cutting and silage, relatively high biomass of the straw and the paddy is obtained, and a new conception is supplied for settling a straw problem and a forge problem. Through comprehensive consideration of factors such as rice kind, cutting time and field management, an economic benefit in rice planting is maximized, and furthermore a forge requirement and a food requirement are satisfied.
