Abstract

The invention provides application of Beta-myrcene as a female chilo suppressalis walker repellent component and a female chilo suppressalis walker repellent. Preferably, the repellent component is prepared from 10 parts by weight of beta-myrcene, 50 to 100 parts by weight of 2-heptanol, 2 to 8 parts by weight of alpha-cedrene, 5 to 15 parts by weight of caryophyllene and 2 to 8 parts by weight of2-nonanone.
