The invention relates to a 
rapid detection method for content of 
adenosine in 
paecilomyces hepialid 
mycelium powder. The 
rapid detection method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) preparing 
adenosine standard solution, namely weighing an 
adenosine standard substance, dissolving and carrying out constant volume with adenosine extracting solution, and preparing the adenosine 
standard solution for later use; 2) preparing sample solution, namely weighing a 
paecilomyces hepialid 
mycelium powder sample, adding the adenosine extracting solution, dissolving, uniformly mixing, addingquartz sand and 
grinding to be pasty, cooling, then transferring into a colorimetric tube, carrying out constant volume, carrying out 
ultrasonic oscillation by virtue of an ultrasonic oscillator, mixing, freezing in an environment at the temperature of -20 DEG C, then melting and transferring into a centrifugal 
machine to be subjected to centrifugal treatment, taking supernatant, filtering by virtue of a 0.45Mum 
filtration membrane, and preparing the sample solution for later use; and 3) carrying out detection and analysis by virtue of 
high performance liquid chromatography. The 
rapid detection method provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable in design, good in adenosine chromatographic peak separation effect, simple in mobile phase, high in adenosine 
recovery rate and good in 
repeatability and has the advantages of easy operation, shorter time, high detection speed and high detection efficiency.
