ethanol washing and physical

detoxification method which comprises the following steps: firstly, cleaning and flaking rapeseeds, then carrying out key physical
passivation treatment, instantaneously passivating
myrosinase at 110-125 DEG C, and preventing
glucosinolate enzymolysis; then,
ethanol is adopted to leach and extract oil, the wet
meal is subjected to multistage counter-current extraction and washing with a 50-70%
ethanol aqueous solution, and anti-nutritional factors such as thioglycoside,
phytic acid and
tannin are deeply removed at 70-75 DEG C; and finally, carrying out
solid-liquid separation, secondary
