This invention provides a
stem cell preparation for
skin repair and its application, belonging to the field of
biomedical technology. The
stem cell preparation is obtained by inducing stem cells in a composite culture medium containing
sodium butyrate, L-
carnosine, and
quercetin, followed by short-term pulsed hypoxia treatment, ultrasonic disruption, deep freeze-thaw rehydration, and vacuum freeze-
drying to obtain a lyophilized
stem cell powder. Experimental results show that the stem
cell preparation of this invention significantly promotes the proliferation of
human skin fibroblasts and significantly promotes the migration of human keratinocytes. In a mouse full-thickness
skin defect model, local application after reconstitution in PBS buffer containing 0.1%
sodium hyaluronate (concentration ≥100 μg / mL) significantly accelerates
wound closure. In summary, the preparation of this invention exhibits
high activity, strong stability, and broad prospects for clinical translation.
