Abstract

The invention discloses an additive for increasing the content of unsaturated fatty acid in milk. The additive consists of a mixed calcium soap of low erucic acid rapeseed oil, soybean oil and linseedoil. The unsaturated fatty acids of the additive separately comprise 19-22.2% of oleic acid, 33.6-37.3% of linoleic acid and 14-23.1% of linolenic acid. The preparation method of the additive comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing various oils and fats, preparing oil into sodium aliphatate with a sodium hydroxide solution, preparing a saturated calcium chloride solution, and preparing the sodium aliphatate into mixed fatty acid calcium soap. The additive is used for dairy cow in the medium and later lactation stage, the adding amount is 1.5-3.0% of the dry matter of daily ration of every dairy cow every day, namely the adding amount is 150-260 g, the additive is uniformly mixed with concentrated food, and the mixture is fed for the dairy cow twice every day.
