The system comprises a parking space management device, an electricvehicle charging pile, a parking lot server, a cloud server, a mobile intelligent terminal and a gate gear lever system. The parking space management device is used for detecting the parking space state and performing locking and unlocking of the parking space. Electric vehicle charging piles are used for electric vehicle charging and charging billing. The parking lot server is used to collect charging pile information, parking space state information, forwarding and authorized parking space control commands in the parking lot. The cloud server is used to collect and release parking space state information, collect and monitor charging pile information, and process reservation request and fee payment information. The mobile intelligent terminal is used to perform data interaction with thecloud server. The gate lever system is used to identify the type of vehicle and control the entry and exit of the vehicle.
