The invention discloses a purifying treatment and recycling process for high-salt-content
reclaimed water, which comprises the following steps: flowing high-salt-content
reclaimed water into a recycling water tank, then pumping into an adsorption and
neutralization reactor through a lifting pump, adding
lime to clarify, and then flowing into a uniform granule filter tank; flowing the water subjected to clarification and
filtration in the previous step into a
clean water tank, pumping into a nano filter through a
clean water pump, performing further purifying treatment, feeding the water which has passed through the nano filter but still has excessive pressure into a hyperbranching catalytic adsorber to remove
pollution factors which can cause membrane blocking easily, and then feeding into an intermediate water tank; pumping the water in the intermediate water tank into a
cartridge filter through an intermediate water pump, pumping into an electrically driven
membrane filter through a high-pressure pump, feeding the
fresh water subjected to deep
desalination of the electrically driven
membrane filter into a
fresh water tank, and feeding to a user for recycling through a
fresh water pump; and feeding the residual thick water into the recycling water tank to realize zero
discharge, or feeding into a P / F remover and then flowing into a BAF tank to remove COD (
chemical oxygen demand) and NH3-N so as to realize up-to-standard
discharge. By adopting the scheme of the invention, the
sewage recycling rate can be up to 80% or above, and the treatment cost is low.
