slump-retaining zero-bleeding high-performance water
reducing agent. The polycarboxylic acid high-
slump-retaining zero-bleeding high-performance water
reducing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60.0 to 80.0 percent of polycarboxylic acid ester
water reducer with
solid content of 20 percent, 15.0 to 35.0 percent of polycarboxylic acid
ether additive with
solid content of 20 percent, 1.0 to 2.5 percent of
sodium gluconate, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of
sodium lignin sulfonate, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of ionic membrane caustic soda, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of
isothiazolinone antiseptic and mould proof bactericide, and 1.0 to 3.0 percent of deionized water; a preparation method comprises the following steps of: performing
chemical combination on the polycarboxylic acid ester additive, the polycarboxylic acid
ether additive, and the deionized water in the ratio at the temperature of between 30 and 50 DEG C; keeping the temperature, and adding
sodium gluconate, lignosulfonate exciting agent to form the synthetic product with a specific structure; and cooling to normal temperature, adding the ionic membrane caustic soda to regulate the pH value, and adding the
isothiazolinone antiseptic and mould proof bactericide to form the final product. The polycarboxylic acid high
slump retaining zero-bleeding high-performance water
reducing agent has low doped content, high water reducing ratio, wide
cement application range, and high slump retaining capacity, is zero-bleeding and is suitable for
cement with different labels.
