Abstract

The invention relates to the electricity field and discloses a bootstrap driving circuit. The circuit comprises an input filtering and protection circuit, a PWM signal generation circuit, an energy transmission circuit, a bootstrap voltage feedback circuit and a bootstrap voltage conversion and energy storage circuit. The input filtering and protection circuit realizes power supply ripple wave suppression, and overvoltage and undervoltage protection. The PWM signal generation circuit collects bootstrap output voltages, dynamically adjusts PWM signal oscillation and a duty ratio and adjusts switch open and close time. The energy transmission circuit generates an alternating current signal and transmits power supply input energy into the bootstrap driving circuit. The bootstrap voltage feedback circuit feeds back a bootstrap voltage signal level to the PWM signal generation circuit. The bootstrap voltage conversion and energy storage circuit carries out shaping conversion on an energy signal so as to realize power output of the bootstrap driving circuit. The circuit has advantages that a power supply application range is wide; the structure is easy to realized; a driving capability is high; a voltage-resistant value and reliability are high too; and the circuit is suitable for a large power and high efficiency switch application occasion in which a voltage is higher than a power supply input voltage.
