[0050] A case study was carried out on litter in a typical subtropical forest ecosystem. Three 0.5m×0.5m litter survey quadrats were selected in the sample plot, and the litter samples were collected in the undecomposed layer and semi-decomposed layer, and brought back to the laboratory. , weighed with an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.01g, dried and weighed the litter, and calculated the litter reserves of different forest communities in the subtropical zone as shown in Table 1.
