Embodiment Construction

[0044] The technical solutions provided by the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific examples. It should be understood that the following specific embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0045] Consider a multi-user downlink. The base station uses a uniform planar antenna array. The antenna array has M rows in the vertical direction and N array elements in each row in the horizontal direction. The distance between adjacent antenna elements is the carrier wavelength in both the horizontal and vertical directions. Half of , there are L users configured with a single receiving antenna, and the base station can serve U users at most at the same time. The base station knows the statistical channel information of user k, where k=1,...,L, the statistical channel information includes: the channel Rice factor of user k channel horizontal line-of-sight co...

Abstract

The invention provides a 3D-MIMO downlink multi-user scheduling and adaptive transmission method. A base station adopts a uniform plane antenna array, and the method comprises the following steps of:in an initial state, calculating beam forming indexes of each user in horizontal and vertical directions by utilizing statistic channel information; and carrying out multi-user scheduling by adoptinga smallest similarity degree method, selecting a service user with the smallest similarity degree to calculate a precoding vector and carrying out precoding transmission. The method can effectively reduce interference among the users, can obtain high system throughput with low calculation complexity, can obtain a high sum rate, and is high in robustness and easy to implement; only the statistic information of a channel is required, and thus, the 3D-MIMO downlink multi-user scheduling and adaptive transmission method requires a small channel information amount and is applicable to various typical wireless communication systems; and due to simultaneous consideration to influence of a line of sight of the channel and a correlation matrix, the channel has higher universality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of wireless communication, and relates to a multi-user downlink system user scheduling and adaptive transmission technology in which a base station is configured with a uniform planar antenna array, and more specifically relates to a similarity-based 3D-MIMO downlink multi-user scheduling and self-adaptive transmission technology. Adapt to the transfer method. Background technique [0002] Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO), as an effective method to improve network transmission rate and coverage, will become one of the key technologies of the new generation wireless communication network. Compared with the traditional single-user multi-antenna system, large-scale MIMO can make full use of space resources, realize multiple transmission and multiple reception through multiple antennas, and can double the transmission power without increasing spectrum resources and antenna transmission power. Syste...
