The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and dissolving 1,2-pentanediol, methylparaben, bis(hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea and IPBC so as to obtain a preservative mixed solution, and cooling; dissolving active collagen into water to obtain an active collagen solution; adding the preservative mixed solution into the active collagen solution, and mixing, thereby obtaining the product. According to the composition, the high-concetnration active collagen serves as a single active ingredient in the composition, and by compounding preservative components, the defect that the preservative components are separated out is overcome, and any essence or anti-allergic agent does not need to be added.
