Abstract

The minitype portable electronically-controlled multi-purpose impactor comprises a control box and an impact table body. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is arranged inside the control box. The PLC is used for controlling movement of the impact table body. The impact table body comprises a base, a screw rod assembly, a guide sleeve, an electromagnet installation rack, an electromagnet, a drop hammer assembly and a stepping motor. The screw rod assembly is fixed to the base. The stepping motor isarranged on the top of the screw rod assembly. The stepping motor is in electric connection with the PLC. The guide sleeve is arranged on the screw rod assembly in a sleeving manner. The electromagnetinstallation rack is fixedly connected with the guide sleeve. The electromagnet installation rack and the screw rod assembly are perpendicular to each other. The electromagnet is fixed to the electromagnet installation rack. The drop hammer assembly is attracted by the electromagnet.
