The constant-capacity model selection method comprises the steps of collecting data such as a power distribution technological economic parameter, an energy storage technological parameter and load annular rate of increase; respectively collecting historical data samples of power distribution and transformation low-voltage side load, photovoltaic contribution and a voltage of a high-voltage side for N days, and building a time sequence probability model on the basis of multi-parameter normal-distribution load, the photovoltaic contribution and the voltage of the high-voltage side; building power distribution and transformation model-selectionconstant-capacity dual-layer optimization model taking minimum power distribution and transformation life-cycle cost as a target and considering influence of power distribution and transformation low-voltage side voltage, load rate change constraint, power distribution and transformation running lifetime constraint and energy storage active control; and solving an upper-layer planning model by acataclysmic genetic algorithm, and solving a lower-layer running model by a generalized gradient descent method combined with a three-point estimation method to obtain power distribution and transformation optimal configuration scheme. The influence of the load, the photovoltaic randomness and the energy storage active control on power distribution and transformation constant-capacity model selection is considered, and the scientificity and the economy of a power distribution and transformation configuration scheme are reflected.
