The method comprises: importing collected electric bus original parameter data into a chicken flockalgorithm; setting a charging service fee charging scheme, and constructing a double-layer planning model; setting a cost constraint by taking the operation annual income of an operator as an upper-layer objective function, and calculating the upper-layer objective function to obtain an initial charging service fee pricing; optimizing by utilizing a chicken flock algorithm, and calculating a lower-layer objective function by taking the charging service fee of each time period obtained after initialization as a control variable and taking the minimum daily charging cost of the electric bus charging station as an objective function; obtaining a charging method of the electric bus according to an optimization result of the lower-layer objective function, and feeding the charging method backto the upper layer; and the upper-layer planning model performs electricity price adjustment according to the feedback of the lower layer, and obtains the global optimal charging service fee pricing of the fast charging station of the double-layer planning model. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of ensuring maximization of operator revenue, goodrobustness and the like.
