The formula for the children's cream comprises a solvent, an emollient, a moisturizer, a skin conditioner, an emulsifier, a co-emulsifier, a skin conditioner, an antioxidant, a preservative, a fragrance, and a chelating agent. The formula of the invention not only selects commonly used raw materials for cosmetics which are known to be safe,mild and high in purity, and uses as few raw material varieties and addition amounts (except water); and the basic functions are moisturizing, moisture retention and skin conditioning. The formula does not use other ingredients that exceed the basic functions (except fragrances and essential emulsifiers, stabilizers, and the like); and the selected raw materials are strictly tested, and the testresults can be ensured to meet the requirements of the relevant specifications; the raw material which may cause an adverse reaction such as a coloring agent is not added; compared with the prior art,the children's cream has the characteristics of safe and mild usage, high purity, and low additive content.
